The Bunka translates to "culture", which is a cross between a Nakiri and Gyuto Knife. This all-purpose tall blade Enso HD Bunka Knife is suitable for cutting fruits, vegetables, fish, meat and more. The belly of the blade makes this the ultimate push cut master for either long or short cuts. The triangular tip area is particularly useful for detailed work. The Prep Knife is designed for peeling and chopping vegetables and fruit, slicing meats, cheeses and more.

    These are sharp! They will cut and chop. They’re great value for the price and work even better. Knife after knife Enso shows me how quality they are for absolutely great prices. The edge slides thru food and holds up well to prep all day. Just bring your honing rod and you're good this month thru heavy daily prep

    Great value, good looking and super sharp!

    Bought this set on sale. Love the design and the modern aesthetics. These Bunka knives are super sharp out of the box! Cuts through any veggies like a laser! I really like the balance and the light weight. Has a cool bolster that gradually transitions into the blade. A nice middle ground from traditional Japanese handles and Western style handles. The tip of the blade is great for detail cuts as well. Handle is really comfortable in the hand and the full tang handle with 3 rivets looks great. Would buy this brand again. Cutlery and More packaged these knives really well as the knives were safely protected and delivery was super quick and arrived a day earlier than noted! Great value for a set of high quality knives!

    I bought these on sale and each one of them is fantastic. Never owned knifes shaped like these but they are fast becoming my favorites. These are so sharp and versatile that I use them for almost anything. I highly recommend them to anyone that enjoys working in the kitchen.
