This Saji nakiri knife combines the features of a chef's knife with the versatility of a vegetable cleaver, ideal to use for vegetables. It is made of a new stainless powder steel called SPG STRIX, which offers extreme hardness at 64-65 HRC. Takeshi Saji is a Master blacksmith that is officially certified as "Dentoukougeishi" (Traditional Master Craftsman).
