Takeshi Saji is officially recognized as Dentoukougeishi - meaning Traditional Master Craftsman - by the Japanese Ministry of International Trade and Industry. Saji-san's knives are both beautiful and functional. This knife has a mirror polish finish that reallyl enhances Saji-san's signature colored damascus steel.
