Maestro Wu 7" Meat Cleaver

Maestro Wu knives are made from salvaged artillery shells fired on Taiwan by mainland China. During several conflicts from the early 1900s up until 1970, millions of shells have landed in Taiwan. Artillery steel makes a strong blade not prone to rusting or chipping, therefore Maestro Wu found it the perfect fit for making their knives. They are known for producing high quality cleavers. Made in Taiwan, Since 1937.
