Enso makes the very best wooden sheaths, bar none. They're shaped to fit, felt lined, have vent holes, hold knives securely, and are attractively priced. Unfortunately there aren't Enso sheaths for every type/size of knife, but if there is one that's the one you want, even if the knife maker makes a generic sheath, too.
