The Saji Black Gold Damascus Nakiri Knife combines the features of a chef's knife with the versatility of a vegetable cleaver, ideal to use for vegetables. Takeshi Saji is a Chairman of Saji Blacksmith in Japan, as well as a member of Japan Knife Guild and Japan Custom Knife Makers. Takeshi Saji is officially certified as Dentoukougeishi, a Traditional Master Craftsman by the Japanese Ministry of International Trade and Industry.
