Motokyuuichi
Motokyuuichi Knives are handcrafted in Shimabara, Japan, by the Maeda family, whose swordsmithing roots trace back to the Edo period. Now in their fourth and fifth generations, the Maeda smiths forge each blade using volcanic spring water from Shimabara, creating knives known for their exceptional sharpness, resilience, and traditional Japanese craftsmanship.
