Description

Maestro Wu knives are made from salvaged artillery shells fired on Taiwan by mainland China. During several conflicts from the early 1900s up until 1970, millions of shells have landed in Taiwan. Artillery steel makes a strong blade not prone to rusting or chipping, therefore Maestro Wu found it the perfect fit for making their knives. These classic chef's knives and Chinese cleavers are renowned across the world by for quality and craftsmanship. Made in Taiwan, Since 1937.
