MAC Professional 10.5" Bread Knife

I use this at home and in my catering service... Incredibly sharp, easily slice thin stuffed pork loin without tearing or struggling...

Slices through loaves of bread and meat like they are soft butter!

Bought this knife to replace a cheap bread knife which I've had for years. This is longer, much sharper, does the job beautifully. It can cut through bread like your good knife cuts through food and actually helps in cooking. Very happy with it.

Excellent fit and finish. Good balance. Relatively lightweight. Very clean, easy cuts with cake and bread. Pulls to the left a bit with crusty bread.

After several months of researching bread knives I settled on the MAC PRO. Am ever glad I did! The reviews I read over the months did not really reflect just how good this knife really is. Slices through breads like warm butter with NO tearing. It is just an awesome knife and should be in every kitchen.
