First, Cutlery and More is the best seller and shipper. I needed customer service. My phone call was handled by an intelligent person. It was great.
Item arrived in perfect condition.
It's a workhorse. I never ever turn the heat up past a low-medium to medium. It takes about 10 min to heat for sauteeing. Once my ingredients are in, and it's simmering, I put on the lid, turn it to low-low/med, and walk away.
You won't regret any enamel cast iron. Bonus, your arm and hand strength will improve.

I bought this classic size Le Creuset 4.5 qt. round dutch oven as a gift for my 30 year old son. He was so happy to receive it and loves the blue color. I have had one for 30 years and it gets a lot of use year round. Everyone should have one of these dutch ovens in their kitchen.
