Larch Wood is a small Canadian company specializing in wooden end grain kitchen cutting boards. Everything is handmade in the Larch Wood facility on Cape Breton Island. The trees are locally harvested in a sustainable manner with many trees supplied by small woodlot owners. The wood of the Canadian larch is resilient and durable but also flexible. With proper care, Larch Wood end grain cutting boards will last for generations.
