These work very well, are quite sharp and elegant looking. Not as easy on the hand as scissors with plastic or rubber handles, but I like the look and cleanliness of solid stainless. If a soft touch is what you want, I'd select another pair. So far, have only used it for herbs and it makes quick work of them. My primary requirements for selection was that it be good quality and could be taken apart to clean and sharpened. I see these as a once in a life purchase (though I'm kinda old, that that isn't TOO long - LOL.) These can be used to pry open a jar, pop a beer or crack a walnut. So very useful.

Nice polished finish, the connection is very solid where they connect and come apart, nice and sharp, so far they have performed very well, feels heavy duty and well made all around. Definitely an upgrade from my old plastic handled Mundial shears and those have been very good to me for years. I really like the fact that they are all steel and no plastic to degrade over time. The enso knives I got on sale at a killer price recently had an empty spot in the knife block for scissors too, so now the set is complete. Thanks Cutlery and More, yet another great experience.

This is a quality pair of sharp Shears. I figured they would be since everything from the Enzo line has been quality and worth the price.
