Pros:
Surprisingly comfortable considering it's solid steel.
Can cut with either hand.
Sharp out of the box, cuts cleanly.
Extremely satisfying shearing sound as the blades open and close.
Well built and retains edges even after cutting woody herbs and chicken bones.
Cons:
Blades are a little short, so you have to make a lot of cuts. If you have weak hands this will probably not be for you.
The adjustment screw is a Phillips head. Phillips heads are the worst.
Requires regular maintenance. You should use camelia oil or mineral oil after cleaning and towel drying them to keep it from rusting.
