There are no clumsy screws to come loose. The titanium coated blades come apart for cleaning with the press of a button and reassemble just as easily. The sharp blades are precision milled from durable 4mm high-carbon stainless, then bonded to an outer layer of black Titanium for stain resistance. The fine-edge curved blades are perfect for slicing delicate meat while keeping food securely in place while cutting. The handles are double injected molded with a soft-grip for comfort.
