    Showstopper

Gorgeous knife. This is cousin to a Chinese cleaver, only way cooler. Not for chopping bones, more of a big prep knife. Scary sharp. I have 40+ years experience as a machinist, and tool steel to cut steel usually goes 60 and up on the Rockwell C scale, so this knife is hard and holds an edge. Only downside is you need to use a hard stone to sharpen it, either Japanese water stones or diamonds or ceramic.
