MAC Professional 10.5" Bread Knife

Full disclaimer, I'm a fan of MAC blades. I needed a new bread knife, looked at other cheaper options , but opted for this. Makes quick work of the crustiest of sourdough. Haven't used in a carving aspect yet, but anticipate similar performance. On the pricier end of bread knives, but this doesn't disappoint

I use this at home and in my catering service... Incredibly sharp, easily slice thin stuffed pork loin without tearing or struggling...

Slices through loaves of bread and meat like they are soft butter!

Bought this knife to replace a cheap bread knife which I've had for years. This is longer, much sharper, does the job beautifully. It can cut through bread like your good knife cuts through food and actually helps in cooking. Very happy with it.

Excellent fit and finish. Good balance. Relatively lightweight. Very clean, easy cuts with cake and bread. Pulls to the left a bit with crusty bread.
