Hatsukokoro Kurogane Aogami #2 Kurouchi 6.5" Bunka, Olivewood

Look elsewhere if you’re looking for a well refined knife with a fit and finish to brag about. Do consider this knife if you’re looking for a well made knife considering its price point. It arrived sharp and took an even better edge with a little time on the whetstone. It does struggle a bit with dense root vegetables but handles just about everything else with ease.

Came in fairly quick and it came sharp. It’s a light knife which make it easy handling and great for fruits and vegetables

This thing comes sharp. I didnt need any touch up work. The Olivewood handle looks better in person and the blade is nice and straight. Fit and finish seem to be top notch in this price range. Overall, im very satisfied.

This bunka has a lot of character and feels very capable once you get used to it. The profile works well for everyday prep. Great value if you like knives with personality and rustic looks.
