    Should have waited

    Really nice knife, very sharp! Not familiar with this steel, so that's to be determined.

    Only regret not waiting another week ....would have gotten it for $30 less with Anniversary sale!

    Beautiful knife for boning chicken

    This is a beautiful knife for its purpose. I took a star off because it isn't as sharp as all the other knives I've purchased from Cutlery and More. (12 knives total.)
