Enso HD 2 Piece Bunka & Prep Knife Set

I bought these on sale and each one of them is fantastic. Never owned knifes shaped like these but they are fast becoming my favorites. These are so sharp and versatile that I use them for almost anything. I highly recommend them to anyone that enjoys working in the kitchen.

The Enso hd series bunka set really exceeded my expectations for the price. I gave the smaller one away as a gift and use the 7-in daily for mostly vegetable prep. I have not needed to sharpen except a dozen swipes on a loaded strop. A very fun interesting addition to the kitchen.

I would buy more from this series or from the parent company yaxell.

I bought already 7 knives from HD series and I keep "loosing" them to friends and family . I have more expensive knives and some of them might be better slightly or it might be debatable. For 200 dollars , two bunka knives is a fantastic deal.

These have become my favorite prep knives. Holds a decent edge, comfortable and well balanced for all day use.

I've had the prep knife for over a year. I just bought the set for the Bunka knife, and to give the prep knife from the set as a gift (they are separately boxed). Both knives are exceptionally sharp; the prep knife held its edge longer than most of my knives before it needed sharpening. The prep knife is my go-to knife for all my prep work, takes the place of both a paring knife and my utility knife. Just got the Bunka knife and it is great for cutting up large vegetables and for chopping. The hammered finish is striking. Great deal for the price!
