Everything the write-up said it would be

I love this knife. Thin slice pull cuts, balanced, quality and it looks cool. I put it to work immediately and it has turned into one of my top "go to" knives. Fast delivery was awesome!

This is so sharp , it is scary!!!

The price point was amazing, the quality is unexplainable at this price, the performance was far beyond whatI expected. This knife has stance, stenght and the will to get it done.

    What a knife!

I bought this knife for its knuckle clearance and to use in a commercial kitchen for chopping up large amounts of onions, peppers, etc. It easily surpassed my expectations! The kiritsuke style tip is great for more precise work too. The knife is nimble for its size with a thinner blade than most nakiris I’ve used and has a very slight belly to double as a santoku type knife. My 8” Kramer Meiji has been rendered to mostly large scale proteins duty. If you use a push cut there is no better knife in my opinion. The knuckle clearance is better than I anticipated and the edge extremely sharp out of the box. Can’t say enough about the micarta handles on the Yaxell and Enso lines. I absolutely love the shape, size and texture of their handles.
