The Yaxell Taishi Bread Knife is designed to use when slicing bread, cakes, pastries and larger fruits with tough skin. Yaxell Taishi's core material is VG10 super stainless steel, which is clad, covered by high quality stainless steel from both sides. The Katana sword wave line gives an impressive appearance on the blade. The handle is made of black beech pakkawood which provides outstanding stability and balance. The attractive bolster and embossed end-cap of the handle is made of brushed stainless steel to ensure great balance for the entire knife. Yaxell Taishi is handcrafted exclusively in Seki City, Japan with a lifetime warranty.

New Bread Knofe
We have had the same bread knife for over 15 years and decided it was time. No more sharpening! We cut bread for the first time tonight and WOW, it was like cutting butter with a hot knife. Great knife. Would recommend to anyone looking for an excellent bread knife.
