Early Christmas present
I am in love with this set. I cook for others from my home kitchen cottage food business. To cook in them is heaven. I had stainless steel, non-stick and glass cookware based on what I was cooking and the result I wanted. I am now down to this set. Great to cook on and easy clean up. Best recommendation is follow the manufacturer instructions for use and care it's well worth the minor extra effort. These will be bequethed and enjoyed long after I'm gone.
