First, your service: The person in Customer Service, Alex, was prompt, competent, friendly and remembered me from previous exchanges. Top score. Now, the knife: Little more to say beyond, "It's beautiful, well made, well balanced, extremely sharp and arrived promptly and somewhat better than described."

This is the best knife I’ve ever bought . Super light weight while still trust worthy with big root vegetables. Easyto maintain and scary sharp right out of the box.
