Great product but not good service I first bought knife and sharpener the manager only gave me free shipping not the 15 percent off the;rout was at first was both over the 100 dollars

Excellent sharpener with different options depending on the wear and tear of your Japanese cutlery.

This is, hands-down, the single best knife sharpener I’ve ever used! Almost ridiculously easy to use, you just fill the sharpener with distilled water, then run your blade 10 passes each through the three stone wheels, left-to-right.

The blades are so sharp, I still can’t believe it. I’m going to sharpen ALL my knives with this!

I received it a few days ago, I have not used it on my new Endo knife but I have used it on two of my other knives. It worked very well, and got them sharp in just a couple of minutes.
