Description

The Enso Modern steak knife is made in Seki, Japan featuring a solid feel with stainless steel bolster and full tang handles. The handles are flat on the sides, but have rounded edges for a stable yet comfortabl grip that won't roll off your table or plate. The blades are crafted using AUS10 Japanese stainless steel for easy re-sharpening and excellent edge retention. These knives are hardened to 60-61 HRC and will not chip easily. The handles are crafted of beautiful wood and feature a mosaic middle rivet for a touch of elegance. These knives make an impressive gift presentation and come with the acacia wood storage case.

Goodbye serrated steak knives!
These are my first good steak knives, and I'll never go back. Nice looking, sharp, good size, and they cut like my good kitchen knives. Very nice. The box is nice too, keeps them very well protected. If you're like me and always just used the serrated steak knives that come with basic sets, buy some good ones now! I compared a lot of brands and styles, and these are a great option for the money. No regrets at all, except for not buying them sooner.
