    Great everyday knife

    It's sharp but not not crazy sharp and is no a laser but does most every day cutting with ease and little worry of chipping. little on beefy (heavy side) but if you used to high quality German knives it will feel familiar with better geometry.

    Everyone needs this knife in their kitchen

    My first impression of the Enso HD 4" Paring knife was WOW! Its slices so smooth, very sharp and feels good in my hand. Paring knives are my "go to" when picking up a knife when prepping foods and this one will be the first one in my hand now.
