Love these boards....so much so, I have bought them twice....yes, the small could be a little larger, but that is a small grumble for such awesome boards. The ability to dry them vertically is just a wonderful feature. I put some food grade mineral oil on them, and wet them before cutting and absolutely no staining. Well done on these !
