Advanced, flexible spring guides provide accurate control of the sharpening angle for the thickest or thinnest knife blades. Insures ultra sharp edges quickly and easily. Sharpening Stage 1: The diamond abrasives create the first facet. Use stage 1 for excessively dull or damaged knives or for maximum edge "bite". Honing Stage 2: Finger grit diamonds create a second bevel. Use stage 2 for routine sharpening.
