Love this full sized saucier. Risotto, cheese sauce or just use as a 3.5 quart saucepan. Demeyere is made for induction. Makes it faster because the metal are designed for induction. Love this heavy duty pan.

Exceptional cookware, this is by far the highest quality cookware I have ever owned. I no longer have to worry about burning sauces on simmer on my Bluestar cooktop, nearly impossible. I made the highest quality toffee with total ease. Making a white sauce is effortless also. the quality and craftmanship is second to none, heavy duty built to last. I will be purchasing the 4qt sauté pan, 8 qt stock pot and a proline skillet next.

DeMeyere makes a number of different pot models and lines. The Atlantis or "7" appears to be their top of the line product offering. We bought a new set of pots having recently gone from gas to electric induction (and retired a complete set of Falk Copper Pots & Pans). I am amazed at how fast a pot of cold water comes to boil with induction. and the kitchen is cooler too.
One last thing-Demeyere if you're listening; use stickers with LESS GLUE!! It must have taken me 5-7 minutes to remove the labels!
