The Middleton Pearl Echo chef's knife features a stunning pearl white resin handle with stainless steel rivets and a thinly ground blade made from AEB-L, a high quality stainless steel that holds a fantastic edge. The blade then undergoes a black Cerakote treatment, which is a ceramic based coating that is permanently ahdered to the surface of the blade. This knife is durable, razor sharp and easy to maintain. The cerakote is black in color and makes for a stunning and extremely durable finish. The choil and spine are nicely rounded for finger comfort. Handcrafted in the USA.
