Chef's Choice 3 Stage Precision Edge 14 Degree Electric Knife Sharpener

Great product for keeping my knifes sharp. Most important reed the manual closely. I like the third stage best for cleaning the other two stages. Best part was how soon I got my package. I order late for Fathers Day and was going to get it the next week. So I was not worried about getting it the next week. But boy I was surprised there it was on Saturday.

I've used only Wusthof knives for past 35 years and this 3 stage sharpener gave like-new life back to the oldest ones beautifully! I'm very impressed with this particular electric sharpener and actually bought this as my second one to keep on hand (you know, just in case!). Extremely pleased with this unit.

This is an excellent product for my wife to use since it produced a sharp edge on her old knives that is plenty good for her needs and I do not have to sharpen them for her any longer. Her fingers don't like the super fine razor sharp knife edge I achieve by using varying sharpening stones.

This will make your knifes new again. It does an excellent job!

We have never owned an electric knife sharpener, until now. We wanted to invest in a good one, to go along with our new Wusthof knives. This sharpener is awesome, I sharpened our retired set of knives, to use in our camper. I cannot believe how great of a job this thing done, one word, amazing. This is definitely another purchase well made.
