    Like, not love

I have mixed thoughts about this knife. It has a very rough and rustic finish. However, it is comfortable in the pinch group. It does great slicing/ chopping softer smaller ingredients. I find this knife difficult to use on firmer and taller ingredients. My other hand forged knives (Yoshikane, Enzo and Zuma) do much better with carrots, potatoes and onions (albeit at a higher price). The blade geometry in this knife causes wedging issues. That I really don’t like. Originally, this was going to be a 3 star review. I decided to rate it 4 stars due to the value for the price.
