    HAP40 Steel is fabulous

This metal requires skill, but it is awesome. There's a little curve to the belly and it's fun to rock this knife. I need to admit that I do have several years of professional experience handling kitchen knives; an amateur may not yet know the skills to appreciate it. That said, an experienced home cook will likely enjoy this knife. If you are an amateur, be careful -- do not try to cut through bone or something of similar hardness, the blade my chip.
