I got this baking sheet to replace an old non-stick baking sheet. I was concerned about health issues related to non-stick and fumes, and decided I wanted something safer.
I used this baking sheet for pretty much anything - heating frozen items like papusas, samosas and burritos, or even a TV dinner (I don't like / use microwaves).
I normally put aluminum foil on it so I won't need to wash it every time but based on my experience with other All-Clad products, cleaning it would be pretty straight forward.
I recommend this product.
