    Solid performer

    This Japanese style boning knife works great for de-boning, stays sharp thru the turkey and the chicken. But this specific knife had some pitting which caught food in the crevices. Not a huge deal but not great either. Contacted customer service and they said that’s normal for Dao Vua so I elected to keep this blade. Ended up sanding down the pits so it works more like food release hollows. I like the knife and I love Dao Vua but I wish I could love it. I had bought into Dao Vua because the gen3’s had resolved most of their issues but I might hold off on anymore for awhile unless the special editions pop up here
