Handle is a little bigger than most, feels hood though. Nice size and balance, sharp out of the box and holding it's edge well. Nice knife.

This knife has good geometry. This stainless alloy sharpens like carbon steel. Great value.

I wasn't looking for a gyuto but when I seen this one and in sale I thought I'd give it a try.

I prefer a light knife and I absolutely love this one. I'd have to say it's my new number one, not too fancy but definitely sharp. Compared it to a few others I recently purchased and I'd say it's sharper than a couple of the bigger name brands. I'm definitely going to have to add another from this maker. Can't say enough good things about C & M. Every order arrives within two days, and I had a few.
