I purchased these knives because I've never had a complete knife set. My knives were hand me downs and nothing matched. I've always sharpened my own knives and could get them sharp, but after a use or two, they needed sharped again.
My first use was cutting a cooked turkey and I was shocked at how sharp knives could be.
These are great knives and am very pleased with Cutleryandmore's customer service. I had made a mistake on an order and they corrected without issue.
