Enso HD 5 Piece Slim Knife Block Set

Sharp out of the box good quality. I haven't used the serrated blade or the utility knife much. I use the chef some.I would say I use the prep knife for 75% of what I do.

Best set of knives I've had. I like the balance and the look.

Very sharp and fit my hand well. Just have to keep my fingers out of way.

I purchased these 2 weeks ago and very happy with the quality of the knives and service of Cutlery and More. Knives are sharp right out of the box, good weight and balance. Knife block is slim and high quality. Would like to have seen 1 extra spare slot for any steel, shears or the bread knife down the road I will likely purchase.

We wanted really sharp knives but couldn't spend a bundle. We were tired of our junky, hodge-podge of cutlery. This set enabled us to get organized, stay simple. The edge is excellent. We're used to slightly more weighty blades but are adjusting. Perhaps down road will upgrade to heftier, bigger set. For now these are perfect.
