Myojin
Naohito Myojin learned knife sharpening from a very young age. He was able to obtain an apprenticeship under a famous master sharpener in Echizen. Afterwards, he returned to his family's knifemaking business in, Myojin Riki Seisakusho, in Susuki, Japan to perfect his craft. Myojin-san is famous for his excellent sharpening and polishing techniques that result in a highly refined blade. He also rounds and smooths the choils/spines for a very comfortable cooking experience.
