Mazaki
Originally from Hokkaido, Japan, Naoki Mazaki relocated to Sanjo City in his late 20s and has become a well known blacksmith. Mazaki forges, grinds and sharpens all of his knives by hand in his own shop. Specializing in carbon steel and traditional methods, these knives are top performers but do require some care. We are proud to offer these terrific examples of hand-forged Japanese knives.
