Enso HD 6 Piece Steak Knife Set

I have had very nice for years. Except steak knives. I have promised myself one of these days to fix that. Wow…these are not only beautiful and nice in the hand (lower in importance) they are sharp as can be. My only regret is not getting these a long time ago. I love them.

I have not been disappointed. Well worth the cost!

I bought these to replace some old serrated knives. As is typical of Enso knives, these are extremely sharp and are of high quality. I bought the chef’s knife and paring knife previously. If I had known how nice Enso knives are before I started replacing cheap knives, I would buy the set with block.

I bought these as a compliment to the kitchen set from Yaxell and couldn't be happier. I barely have to touch steak or whatever I want to cut. These knives are the sharpest thing next to a scalpel. They slice right through everything without effort. Plus, they look GREAT.

I am a collector of cutlery of all sorts. Steak knife sets is one of my favorite categories. When I saw the new Enso line it was an immediate must have. Great decision! Without a doubt these knives belong in the top ranks with few others. My knives get used and the Ensos perform. Only wish I have is that they came with a small storage/display box like the Miyabi and Kramers do.
