I have the Demeyere 5-Plus Stainless Steel Skillet and the Demeyere 5-Plus Stainless non stick and now this one, the AluPro has a great non stick coating. For example I drop a 1/2 teaspoon of macadamia nut oil and spread it around with a brush and I can cook 3 eggs with that. It appears to me the AluPro has a thicker non stick coating then the 5-plus stainless non stick. Heats up fast and cooks evenly. I would take this over the other two I mentioned.

I read many reviews before purchasing. This brand is More expensive than buying a set from the local big warehouse store, but worth it.

I have had non stick pans before and the ones I have were very expensive. This pan is 10 times better than any nonstick pan I have ever had. I just bought another one and I am going to buy the smaller one as well. Nothing sticks. Cooks perfectly!

Hhis is a very good pan to be used on anything but induction. Its heating on an induction cooktop is quite poor and so is its performance.
