Nexus 4 Piece Damascus Steak Knife Set, Resin & Stabilized Wood

Crafted using AUS10 stainless steel that is imported from Japan, these knives feature a hammered damascus finish and razor sharp 15 degree double bevel edges. The handle is made from a combination of stabilized resin in a beautiful ocean blue color and stabilized wood. The bolsters add some heft and balance and the sloped tips are designed to easily slice steak on a dinner plate. These are not dishwasher safe, mainly due to the handles, but the blades are a bit more durable than some of the harder steels out there. However, with an HRC of 60-61, they will still hold an extremely sharp fine edge. This set of four comes with a wood case for an impressive gift presentation and easy storage.
