Henckels Forged Premio 19 Piece Knife Block Set

This knife set has everything I need. All the blades are nice quality and razor sharp out of the box (the chef's knife was sharp enough to shave with). The knives are also very well balanced and feel great in the hand.

Knives finish are excellent and sharp . I found no defects in these knives at all. Great value for the price

Bought this and returning right away. The fit and finish out of the box is very poor. Examples, first on back edge of steak knives their are tooling marks where they grounded the knife to shape it, second blade edges out of the box had imperfections and damage and I've never even used them, composite handles(plastic) have shaping tooling marks, rivets have tooling marks . I had such high hopes for these knives and was genuinely excited thinking I was getting quality for a bargain but this after receiving and inspecting throughly was so let down , returning right away and will be looking at getting something else from cutleryand ore instead.
