The cooking surface layer is a laser-cladded hardened layer of Titanium, that has a Vickers Scale rating of 680 (over three times harder than stainless steel) making the interior scratch resistant and 100% safe to use with metal utensils. This hardened & polished surface makes cooking healthier, and the state-of-the-art titanium-based cookware delivers uniform heat distribution. Experience wall-to-wall even heat distribution that eliminates hot spots and delivers evenly cooked food.

Once properly seasoned, the patented laser-clad surface will deliver nonstick performance without a chemical based nonstick. While traditional nonstick pans wear out over time, PerformanceTi will continue to deliver nonstick results year-over-year because there is no coating.
