This piece is such a joy to pull out and whip up a great dinner. I had this in red for over 15 years, my daughter wanted it. So : I GOT A NEW ONE! It’s a great shape and size for most dinners. It is perfect for two people to 5! My favorite thing to make in it is Chicken Piccata or Marsala, or Almond chicken. I also pan sear my seasoned cod fish for fish tacos.
