All-Clad HA1 Nonstick 13 Piece Cookware Set

I never liked cooking with a stainless steel surface and cursed my All-Clads because everything stuck to them. Even my stainless-lined Mauviel heavy duty copper pans are difficult because of the sticking. Most nonstick pans are thin and the surface is obviously delicate. They wear out much too quickly. These All-Clad nonstick pans are thick and heavy. You can feel the durability when you pick one up. The sauce pans have wide bottoms that heat easily and evenly, much like my copper, but without all the negatives of the stainless surfaces. Easy to cook. Easy to clean. Handles that don’t burn my fat fingers. Even cooking surface. Heavy. Durable. I like them.

I love cooking, and have wanted to purchase this set for myself ever since we gave it as a gift to our son and his wife last Christmas. I love the non-stick cookware and am very pleased with the way the perform. So happy I made the investment!

We waited too many years to spend the money on a great set of pans. Cannot say enough about this set to family and friends. Love, love, love them!!!!

This set allows me to cook like the pro's. The pans clean up great!

Heavy weight with even cooking. Did not like the curved or slanted sides when viewing this set but realize now the purpose is to reduce splashing out of grease or sauce. We have less cleanup on our stove with this set. Impressed!
