First things first....these knifes are very sharp! A huge step up from my old set. They get the job done quickly and efficiently. Overall, I like the quality and the finish. I researched all of what Henckles had to offer and I wanted the fully forged set. German knives are pricey, but you get what you pay for. A great knife set is a investment for the kitchen and these have been worth it and should last a lifetime.
