I am impossible to buy for. If I see something that I want, I buy it. I saw this, I brought it. If you have someone like me in your Family, buy this before they see it. They will take you out to eat, just so they can use it! Knife is flawless!

Beautiful knife
I wish I had this knife long time ago. This would be the perfect knife to pack for travel (checked-in baggage only). The moment your fingers touch this knife, you’ll fall in love with this masterpiece. The materials and workmanship are unparalleled. I also have the much cheaper KAI 5700 model. The difference between the two is night and day. I have decided to use the KAI 5700 on my camping trips, and this SHUN 5900 while entertaining guests at my house enjoying prime steaks.
